Welcome to the Eco One offices at Ingham, Lincolnshire.
The building is available to let in four separately contained units, the occupier can choose 1 to 4 units depending on their need. The ground floor offices are 2,025sqft and 3,025sqft with standard height ceilings. Each office has a separate data cabinet, kitchen and intruder alarm system.
The two offices on the first floor are both 3,025sqft. The office ceilings are open to the apex of the roof This has enabled us to incorporate a section of north facing windows across the whole length of the building. These window have been designed to allow light into the office without increasing solar gain. These windows are also used to cool the building via electronically controlled opening windows and thermostatic controls. These offices also have separate data cabinets, kitchens and intruder alarm systems.
All office are served with dado trucking around the perimeter of the room. Each office currently has 18 double data points and 36 double power sockets.
There are male, female and disabled toilets on both ground and first floor landings. we also provide a disabled lift and cyclist changing and showering facilities.
