Floor plans for the Eco-One offices
The building is available to let in four separately contained units, the occupier can choose 1 to 4 units depending on their need. The ground floor offices are 2,025sqft and 3,025sqft with standard height ceilings. Each office has a separate data cabinet, kitchen and intruder alarm system.
The two offices on the first floor are both 3,025sqft. The office ceilings are open to the apex of the roof This has enabled us to incorporate a section of north facing windows across the whole length of the building.
